A clinical embryologist with more than 14 years of experience, Natalia Makchzoumi brings extensive expertise in laboratory leadership and quality assurance to her work at Cada. She previously directed the IVF laboratory at Barbados Fertility Centre, leading it through two JCI accreditations and the transition to time-lapse culture. Her focus is on stable laboratory processes, training embryologists and the continuous improvement of clinical outcomes.
